Dr. Kylie E. Ford attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she received a bachelor’s degree in Biology. She then began her formal dental training at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Illinois, where she graduated at the top of her class and was inducted into the coveted national honors society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon.
She enjoys problem-solving through the many facets of dentistry and improving her patient’s quality of life. She knows firsthand how important it is to have a dentist that truly listens and cares, and hopes to continue providing this for all her patients. As a general dentist with an emphasis on functionality, Dr. Ford is constantly furthering her education and staying up to date on advancements in treatment options to be a biomimetic dentist. She believes in prioritizing patient education, preventative care, and minimally invasive treatments. She has experience with complex dental procedures for both adult and pediatric patients.
Dr. Ford is a member of the American Association for Women Dentists, American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, and Academy of General Dentistry.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Ford enjoys traveling, hiking, and trying new restaurants. She loves being a mom and spending time with her daughter and husband.
Although she grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, Dr. Suzanne Kukec considers herself a true Wisconsinite at heart. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Dr. Kukec completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Marquette University. She is the first dentist in her family, and went into the field to help others achieve oral health and feel confident about their smile.

Her top priorities are making patients feel heard, minimizing dental anxiety, and providing excellent dental care in a welcoming environment. Dr. Kukec is a member of the American Dental Association and the Wisconsin Dental Association. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Kukec enjoys dance and fitness classes, biking, and musical theatre.
After thirty-seven years of faithful dental care for patients and families throughout the Middleton area, Dr. McHugh is moving on to the next phase of his life. His professional legacy of clinical excellence with a patient-first approach has left a significant imprint on our patients and our team.

Dr. Lubet retired in March, 2020, after spending over 30 years in dentistry. He is thankful to all past and present patients for entrusting their dental care to him for the past 3 decades, and is looking forward to the next phase of his life and enjoying retirement.

Hailing from Green Bay, Wisconsin Dr. Sydney Johnson completed her undergraduate education at Upper Iowa University and went on to receive her doctorate in dentistry from Marquette University in 2020.
Throughout her training, Dr. Johnson has developed a strong treatment philosophy of patient-centered care and understands that everyone’s dental needs are unique. Dr. Johnson strives to help patients find confidence in their oral health and aims to make every patient feel at ease while providing a positive experience for all ages.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Johnson enjoys spending time with her husband, and can usually be found at the gym or trying out new recipes at home. Dr. Johnson enjoys spending time outdoors and is excited to explore new places in the Madison area!
